After Build’s very own January Sale is up and running and will be here until the end of this month.  We’re  helping developers to get a great start to the new year, as ever through affordable and rounded after care at a lower cost.

Until the end of this month, register as many plots with us as you wish (Defect Management) and we’ll give you the Out of Hours Emergency registration for FREE! That’s a saving of £50 per plot.

Our Out of Hours service is a one-time registration cost that means all of your new homes will be covered for Emergency Defects like blocked drains, electricals, security breaches and uncontainable leaks. We do this 24 hours a day, every day, yes – even on Christmas day (seems a long way away now but we know it’ll soon be with us again!)

During this difficult time After Build’s service continues as normal. Given our technology platform, the team is able to operate remotely without impacting on service levels – this includes Out of Hours Emergency cover.

In the event that a developer’s contractor is unable to attend a property (either because they are instructed not to, or because a homeowner does not wish it) the Property Coordinator will take full details of the issue, recording it on our system in readiness for making an appointment just as soon as matters return to normal.
