Drawing upon a combined experience in the house building industry of over 100 years the management team at Clarus Homes take a very ‘hands on’ approach. Each development is entirely project managed and every detail monitored by them to ensure that they achieve a product to be proud of.

With an emphasises on quality and an eye for detail they are rightly proud of every home they build and have created a premium brand based upon their reputation.

After Build will manage the 2 years Builder’s Rectification Period (the first part of the NHBC 10-year structural warranty). Additionally however, we will also provide the first step towards a trouble-free purchase – the ‘Purchaser’s Demonstration’ where we will meet each purchaser prior to legal completion (or very shortly afterwards) and conduct a tour of their new home, explaining the features and benefits of design, construction, choice of materials and the technology employed.

After Build are better placed to do this because we specialise in After Care – it’s all we do, and we do it exceptionally well. We are looking forward to working with Clarus and hope for many years of successful partnering.

During this difficult time After Build’s service continues as normal. Given our technology platform, the team is able to operate remotely without impacting on service levels – this includes Out of Hours Emergency cover.

In the event that a developer’s contractor is unable to attend a property (either because they are instructed not to, or because a homeowner does not wish it) the Property Coordinator will take full details of the issue, recording it on our system in readiness for making an appointment just as soon as matters return to normal.
