We charge a management fee and work with your original contractors
If for any reason the original contractors can't or won't accept instructions we will ask you for alternatives
If you prefer we can advise alternatives (we have access to almost 2,000 contractors)
We start by logging all snags on our system
As job instructions are issued you will have access to our Client Portal, a secure web based platform available 24/7 providing real-time updates, to monitor progress
