SHG buy into After Build’s services once more

After Build have once again been contracted by Southern Housing Group to manage their warranty obligations at the Brighton and Hove based Artisan.

Following a successful start to our working relationship, we’re happy to take on this new block of 45 shared ownership and leasehold accommodation in the heart of Hove’s bustling centre. The way of working with SHG reflects our eagerness to adapt to any property type and tenure where warranty management is concerned and we’re always pleased to extend a client relationship from one scheme to the next. We’re pleased to have been able to seal this deal in time to watch out for the block over the ever-tricky Christmas period (only tricky where after care is concerned!) and thereby take the pressure off of the team at SHG.

During this difficult time After Build’s service continues as normal. Given our technology platform, the team is able to operate remotely without impacting on service levels – this includes Out of Hours Emergency cover.

In the event that a developer’s contractor is unable to attend a property (either because they are instructed not to, or because a homeowner does not wish it) the Property Coordinator will take full details of the issue, recording it on our system in readiness for making an appointment just as soon as matters return to normal.
