After Build’s ‘Zennus’ service manages every aspect of the Builder’s Rectification period. This is done in sympathy with your purchaser’s lifestyle. Because we take a flexible approach to your purchaser’s needs and will create a unique service to meet your specific requirements. Providing a named individual to become your sole point of contact, who will usually liaise with homeowner and contractor to organise work.
Our nominated Property Coordinator will meet with your purchaser prior to legal completion and explain the layout of the property and service level they can expect.
A month following occupation we’ll arrange to call and meet again, to ensure all initial issues have been resolved. After 12 months, we’ll call once more to discuss any concerns that may have arisen. In between and up to the end of the second year, our Property Coordinator will ensure daily support and a high degree of personal attention. Additionally services may also include:
