Hello. You're probably here because you want to improve your customer's after care. You've come to the right place and we're certain we can help you.

This is what we do:

1. We are responsible for your customer (homeowner/occupant)

2. We give them the tools to report defects

3. We diagnose the defects and manage any other issues

4. We also manage your contractors and issue job instructions

5. We help you find alternative contractors when necessary

6. We arrange all job appointments

7. We provide you with access to everything we do

8. We close every job when the defect has been resolved

9. We provide you with regular reports

Precisely how we do this, you help to define in the form below. Once we have a full picture we agree a fixed-price per plot, and for that we deliver everything you need.

After Build provide after care nationwide. Just spend a few moments completing the proposal form and then we'll contact you. There's absolutely no obligation or cost unless you have decided to proceed and completed our Client Service Agreement. If you opt not to take our service that's fine and we won't pester you.
