In 2021, After Build are making some significant changes to the technology which supports our service delivery. The coming months will bring some exciting improvements and the first of these is our new and improved Occupant Portal.

Customer portals are a mainstay of many service-based industries now. They’re great tools for the consumer who wants access to their information 24/7 and from their various devices. And they help improve the efficiency of businesses.

Although we have had an occupant portal for some time, this year we have invested heavily in the technology to make it a great platform for home-owners. Customers can now log their defects with ease, monitor the progress of all of their jobs and even request contact from the co-ordinator who manages their account.

We’ve listening to feedback from across our client base to build improvements into our portal which we know will benefit the customer. For example, it’s not possible to add photos and video files to a defect to help the diagnosis process along. Customers will be able to see the latest notes on their jobs so they can be kept up to date too.
