A fast growing sub-sector of After Build’s client base are Housing Associations. Most HAs are well resourced in terms of handling ongoing maintenance calls but this is not the same as handling new-build defects. So much so we have been engaged by organisations who recognise this and wish to keep the two elements separate.

The highly regulated nature of HA work is something we have been able to accommodate well, given the flexibility of our CRM system (Data-Build) and this coupled with Coordinator training means we have been able to create a robust and highly reliable service.
