We’re a national company with a local attitude! No matter where your developments may be geographically, After Build provide a national service. Clients span Scotland, through the north west. We also cover the Midlands, Home Counties, South East, South West and of course, London.

Our process means that we can accurately diagnose defects remotely. Using telephone calls, emails and any supporting evidence, our coordinators can gather all the information they need. You can read more about our complete process here to see how it works.

Some of our services require us to appear in person on site. We are happy to offer our services nationally if our managers can attend from time to time, for example if we are offering consultancy. However, if we are offering services such as Home Demonstrations or Pre-Ooccupation Surveys, this might not be possible.

If you have a project beyond the home counties and you would like to take on a site service we may be able to help. If we know the accurate timing of your build programme and can schedule our own visits, then we can likely assist you.

Although our company is national, we like to take an individual approach to all of our accounts. Part of this is making sure that our client’s all receive the same quality of service. Our reporting and our meetings with you will be the same whether you’re based in Newcastle or next door!

During this difficult time After Build’s service continues as normal. Given our technology platform, the team is able to operate remotely without impacting on service levels – this includes Out of Hours Emergency cover.

In the event that a developer’s contractor is unable to attend a property (either because they are instructed not to, or because a homeowner does not wish it) the Property Coordinator will take full details of the issue, recording it on our system in readiness for making an appointment just as soon as matters return to normal.
