High Value Properties
Every new homeowner expects a high level of service, not least those purchasing a high value property. Your chosen warranty provider will expect no more from you than any other developer, but your customer will.
After Build’s ‘Zennus’ service manages every aspect of the Builder’s Liability period (1-2 years) in a manner most suited to your purchaser’s lifestyle. We take a flexible approach to your purchaser’s needs and will create a unique service to meet your specific requirements (we expect that it will include a very personal response with an exceptional degree of attention). Providing a named individual to become the sole point of contact we will liaise with both homeowner and contractor to organise any works deemed necessary when correcting problems that may arise.
Our nominated coordinator will meet with the purchaser prior to legal completion to discuss and explain the layout of the property and the service level they can expect.
A month following occupation we’ll arrange to call and meet again, to ensure that any initial issues have been satisfactorily resolved. Then after 12 months, we’ll call once more to discuss any concerns that may have arisen during the first year. In between and up to the end of the second year, our coordinator will ensure daily support and a high degree of personal attention. Additionally services may also include:
- Provision of site based customer care
- Estate management
- Liaison and control of all maintenance contractors
- Collection of service charge
