We’re delighted to announce that Reside Developments (Surrey) have engaged After Build to provide services at their latest development Frith Park, Walton-on-the-Hill.
Accessed via private gates and a sweeping tree-lined driveway, Frith Park will be a breath taking collection of 26 new, two and three bedroom mews-style country cottages and four bedroom villas arranged in a courtyard setting together with 11 two and three bedroom apartments behind the retained façade of the locally listed Mansion House and set amongst eight acres of idyllic parkland, formal gardens and ancient woods. The scheme is due to launch in early 2018.
After Build will provide a bespoke customer care service to include surveys, purchaser demonstration, homeowner manual, defect management and estate management.

During this difficult time After Build’s service continues as normal. Given our technology platform, the team is able to operate remotely without impacting on service levels – this includes Out of Hours Emergency cover.
In the event that a developer’s contractor is unable to attend a property (either because they are instructed not to, or because a homeowner does not wish it) the Property Coordinator will take full details of the issue, recording it on our system in readiness for making an appointment just as soon as matters return to normal.
