An obvious extension of our post-build services is Estate Management. While retaining responsibility and control of a development’s communal facilities. Meanwhile organising the management and ongoing maintenance of the scheme.

  • Because we will already have developed a relationship with homeowners through our After Care service
  • Our system has a record of any and all prior issues
  • The team have an intimate knowledge of the development

After Build however, is uniquely placed to handle all aspects of both which, for the property occupant is a breath of fresh air. The same single point of contact approach means that whether the problem is a sticking door or communal door entry system – we will deal with it.

During this difficult time After Build’s service continues as normal. Given our technology platform, the team is able to operate remotely without impacting on service levels – this includes Out of Hours Emergency cover.

In the event that a developer’s contractor is unable to attend a property (either because they are instructed not to, or because a homeowner does not wish it) the Property Coordinator will take full details of the issue, recording it on our system in readiness for making an appointment just as soon as matters return to normal.
