We provide an opportunity for developers to outsource any or all parts of their customer service. This can include site visits, estate management and two years of warranty management.

You’ll be working in a team of trained coordinators who understand and apply the warranty standards.

Our Recruitment Process – About you

Are you someone who’s passionate about providing an excellent level of service to our customers? Are you looking to kick start your career in property or client services? Then this is the place for you.

To become a Property Warranty Coordinator, you don’t need to have any specific experience. We have people from all walks of life because the most important thing to us is the attitude and the ability to train.

Our other roles may require more specific experience although there will always be an emphasis on training at After Build. We’re always on the lookout for people with backgrounds in housing, insurance or construction.

Depending on the role, we might want to meet with you more than once and we might ask you to bring a presentation.

  • Needs to be confident and have good telephone manner
  • Be inclined towards high service standards and ‘going the extra mile’
  • Numerate and literate
  • PC competent
  • Friendly, outgoing and resilient
  • Job Type: Full-time

Salary: up to £19,300 after 6 months’ probation

During this difficult time After Build’s service continues as normal. Given our technology platform, the team is able to operate remotely without impacting on service levels – this includes Out of Hours Emergency cover.

In the event that a developer’s contractor is unable to attend a property (either because they are instructed not to, or because a homeowner does not wish it) the Property Coordinator will take full details of the issue, recording it on our system in readiness for making an appointment just as soon as matters return to normal.
