After Build has invested heavily in cloud based technology because we know its value. We understand the consumer’s expectations for ease of communication and access.
We’re now using the world class CRM software, Microsoft Dynamics 365. We’ve designed and integrated our existing data to create a sophisticated database that sits at the heart of everything we do.
Our system holds details of occupant contacts, a contractor and developer directory, as well as details of every call we take. Data-Build enables our Property Coordinators to raise and issue work instructions and so manage the entire process of defect resolution.
Clients have unrestricted access to all reported occupant issues via a secure portal, over any web-enabled device (smart-phone, tablet, laptop or PC etc.)
