Utilising Microsoft Dynamics 365, the world class CRM platform, we’ve designed and integrated ‘Data-Build’ a sophisticated database that sits at the heart of everything we do. From holding details of properties and occupants, to contractors and developers, materials, sales data and work records. Data-Build enables our Property Coordinators to raise and issue work instructions and manage the entire process of defect resolution.

Clients have unrestricted access to all reported occupant issues via a secure portal, over any web-enabled device (smart-phone, tablet, laptop or PC etc.)
