Customer Care Coordinators (up to £18,000 pa)

This is a key role in our business and is customer facing. You will be trained to handle customer care issues (predominantly the resolution of build defects) which requires dealing with new home owners and sub-contractors. Our development programme will equip you with the requisite knowledge and techniques but you will need to be:

  • Articulate
  • Confident
  • PC literate
  • Calm
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communicator

Working from our West Sussex offices you will need your own reliable transport as we are in a rural location which is not within walking distance of public transport. Hours are 8.30 to 5.00 Monday to Friday and this is a permanent full time role.
