New home developers place great importance on the quality of their homes and after sales service to their customers.
To ensure a professional and timely response to any issues you may have concerning workmanship or materials After Build works on behalf of your developer to provide a total customer care service and will be pleased to deal with your call. We provide advice where required and attend to defects that may occur during the first 2 years following legal completion.
Our office operates Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm, with a message service outside of these hours.

IMPORTANT CHANGES
To comply with the standards required by the NEW CONSUMER CODE for HOMEBUILDERS, from 1st April 2010 all defects must be reported to After Build IN WRITING (in the first instance). This may take the form of a letter, an e-mail or FAX. Upon receipt, After Build will record your details and within 5 working days confirm a UNIQUE REFERENCE NUMBER which will be assigned to the defects you have reported. Thereafter please quote this number in telephone calls or further correspondence with After Build.
