Not only do we cover your emergency requirements at NO EXTRA COST - but we also manage all defect calls from homeowners, managing your original sub-contractors too. And for total support we provide our own operatives who will carry out any work your original sub-contractors are unwilling/able to fulfil - at NO EXTRA COST.
 
Take ALL homeowner calls
Our trained coordinators take all homeowner calls to diagnose the defect being reported.
Manage/instruct sub-contractors
Where we believe it necessary to carry out work we will manage and instruct your original sub-contractor until the job is completed.
Carry out non sub-contractor work
All minor / non-warranty works where the sub-contractor is unwilling/able to attend will be carried out by our own operatives.
No additional costs
All legitimate defects are covered within the fixed-price, no matter how many times we are called or how much work we do.
